Saint Patrick's Day Sweepstakes!!

• 1. Eligibility:
  The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Travel First Vacations LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.  Void where prohibited.
• 2. Entry Period:
  The sweepstakes begins on March 1, 2025 and ends on March 17, 2025 at 12am EST. Entries submitted before or after the entry period will not be eligible.
• 3. How to Enter:
  To enter the sweepstakes, participants must visit www.travelfirstvacations.com/saintpatricksday and fill out the entry form. Only one entry per person is permitted.
• 4. Prize:
  One winner will receive one hotel room for a 3-night stay for two at a hotel in Dublin, Ireland.  The approximate retail value of the prize is $997.00.  Taxes and Fees not included. Subject to Terms & Conditions of the Supplier of the prize.
• 5. Winner Selection:
  The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The drawing will take place on March 17, 2025.  The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
• 6. Notification of Winner:
  The winner will be notified via email within 3 days after the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, an alternate winner will be selected.  
• 7. Prize Redemption:
  The winner must claim the prize within 7 days of notification. The prize must be redeemed within 30 days of the date of issue and is subject to availability.
• 8. General Conditions:
  By participating in the sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by these official terms and conditions. Travel First Vacations LLC reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it believes to be in violation of these terms or any applicable laws.
• 9. Publicity Release:
  By entering, the winner agrees to allow Travel First Vacations to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
• 10. Limitation of Liability:
  Travel First Vacations LLC is not responsible for any technical or human errors that may occur in the administration of the sweepstakes or the processing of entries. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Travel First Vacations LLC, its affiliates, and their respective employees from any liability for injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in the sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
• 11. Governing Law:
  The sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising out of or related to the sweepstakes will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Sussex County, New Jersey.
• 12. Privacy Policy:
  Any personal information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with Travel First Vacations LLC's privacy policy, which can be found at https://travelfirstvacations.com/privacy-policy
